Built World Tech Talent is a sole trader recruitment business registered in Portugal under CAE 78100 (Recruitment and Placement Services), trading as Built World Tech Talent. For the purposes of this policy, references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Built World Tech Talent, operated by Jonas Gomes.

What Data We Collect
From candidates
We may collect: your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, current and target job title, salary expectations, location preferences, CV and work history, references and any other information you choose to share with us during our recruitment process.
From clients
We may collect: your name, job title, company name, email address, phone number and information about your hiring requirements and business.
From website visitors
We may collect technical data including browser type, IP address and pages visited through cookies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for full details.
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
Match candidates to relevant roles and present opportunities that may be of interest.
Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Data Retention
Candidate data is retained for up to two years from the date of last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or provide consent for longer retention. Client contact data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter.
